My Account: Getting Started
My Account is the easy way to access, review and manage your TDP account online. Just use your DS Logon to sign in. My Account is available 24 hours a day and allows you to:
- Review Your Coverage
See how you're covered for dental procedures.
- Pay Your Bill
Make a one-time or recurring payment online
- See Claim History
Access your claim statements or dental explanations of benefits (DEOBs).
- Access Your Messages
View messages from United Concordia regarding the TDP.
- Register a Chronic Condition
To register with a chronic medical condition and receive enhanced periodontal benefits, sign in to My Account and click on Manage My Wellness.
- Find a Network Dentist
Locate a TDP Network dentist near you.
Receive Member Emails
Get your claim statements, or dental explanations of benefits (DEOBs), electronically. Just sign in to My Account, click on the Preferences tab and select the paperless option.
Go Paperless
Get your claim statements, or dental explanations of benefits (DEOBs), electronically. Just sign in to My Account, click on the Preferences tab and select the paperless option. You can also receive paperless invoices by updating your billing preferences by clicking on the Billing tab within My Account.
