United Concordia Mobile Dental Clinic

If you are enrolled in the TDP and reside
in zip codes 99737 and 99731, you can visit our Mobile Dental Clinic to ensure you have access to dental care. United Concordia will be sending a mobile dental unit, staffed with a TDP network dentist, hygienist
and technicians, to your area. They will provide TDP covered
services, to include dental exams, cleanings and treatment.
Your out-of-pocket costs are exactly the same as any other TDP
network dentist visit.
