To the best of United Concordia Dental’s knowledge, any letter(s) issued by Change Healthcare or UnitedHealth Group are legitimate and are being sent as a result of the cyber event described above. United Concordia encourages members who receive the notification letter(s) to follow the instructions within the letter and to direct any questions or concerns to Change Healthcare using the contact information in the letter(s) and on the website(available here) .
